The thing I don’t get about this story is that while she doesn’t recognize him, how does he not recognize her? She’s a model with photos of herself all over her Instagram. He sees her frequently at the coffee cart. Early on he thinks she looks familiar but can’t place it, yet just the night before he took a deep dive into her account. He should recognize her, or at least suspect they are the same person.
