Really getting into the story now. Almost DNF'd at 15% and 30% but now, i'm intrigued and want to find out more. The scandal, the lies, betrayals are more than my expectations of a mere disgrace-ridden regency love story that the historical romance genre is known for. It keeps up the tension well when you finally get through the shroud of the loaded prose and the various names thrown unapologetically.

There's so many characters, i can't keep up
