david can't let gog know about the multiverse bc he's just going to colonize it so he's been waiting for superman and batman to come back to he'll take him down bc he's got the entire justice league on his side too. but eventually they'll rebel and he ends up killing a bunch of them

Batman and Superman get captured. Soon their counterparts side with them once they discover the back story of Gog who intends to send the JL of that world into a suicide mission against Apokalips.
