Within my Penguin copy of the Manifesto two sections exist: the introduction, and the manifesto. The introduction includes major essays written by Gareth Stefan Jones on the reception of the manifesto, context for reading it, essays on each of the contributors, the political atmosphere of the time, other philosophers, contributions, etc.
