Kinda humbled to be reading about trans kids this age. Most (non-YA) novels are about people transitioning or transitioned in their 20s, understandably, but I feel kinda in my element with this one.

Horror novel where the horror is the existence of Watermelon Redbull, as if the standard stuff isn't vomitous on its own.

Btw the spirit of Berkeley continues haunting my reading.
