Status Updates From Isolated

So far, the writing style is so disjointed to the point that it is confusing. So many tedious details that end up being redundant and lead nowhere. I'm not sure how I'll make it to the end of 688 pages when it's only been 48 hours of a lot and nothing at all.

“I’ll sleep in the other room,” she says, immediately catching his hurt gaze.
“What?” He asks, looking at her, “Did I do something-“ His voice is breaking Ginny’s heart. “Every time I wake up, I’m either laying on you, or I’m hugging you, and I don’t want to hurt you even more,” she says, her eyes falling on the bruises over his chest.
“I don’t care,” he says, “Hurt me. Try me.”

Okay i love Gael but he's sometimes an asshole. Why don't he communicate more with Ginny ??? It cost nothing to do so💀 And the way he treat her when he's upset ??? Boy you're 32 ???

“You think you’re in charge?” Gael whispers in her ear. “Darling, you’re mine.” His voice deepens with the nickname and the words feel like fireworks shooting down her spine and when the sentence is finished, all she needs is more.

She holds her breath. “You’ve consumed every emotion, introducing me to thoughts I’ve never thought before,” he explains, “Whenever I’m angry, you’re on my mind, when I’m happy, you’re there, when I’m sad, you’re there –“ he takes a deep breath and he closes his eyes, “And I can’t put it into words.”

“Do you really think that this, to me, is still that?” Gael asks her, his eyes are glued on her but she’s avoiding them. “I don’t know what the fuck is on your mind, Gael,” she answers and she wants to continue but he already stops her from talking. “That’s because you are my mind,” he interrupts her.

“I need you to stay around,” he says, “Just like you need me.”

“Touch me, my wife or any of my friends and I will make sure you won’t see the light of day again,” Gael says in a low voice, but Genesis can hear him.

“Come here, baby,” he says and he wraps his arm around her waist and he holds her close to him, making sure nobody’s there to hurt her. 🥹🥹
