Wondering if I'm in the twilight zone, as the book I'm reading can't possibly be the same one that other reviewers have read. On a positive, lightning was spelled correctly. I have so much I want to say about this book, unfortunately none of it is good. Hey ho, gonna plod on with it, though I have a sinking feeling it might end up on my DNF shelf, which will be a gutter cos the synopsis promised so much.

Not feeling this book so far, the dialogue is a little cheesy. Going to keep going though, as the reviews are good...

Wow!! I don't think this is a love story. It's more thriller/suspense, but I am hooked anyways.

Jake. I'd love to read Jake's story. I hope he finds true love.

I'm having a hard time with the language in this book. It's British and not that different from the English I am used to, so sometimes it adds to the story by being a reminder of where the story takes place. I enjoy reading Joanna's words with the British accent in my head, but sometimes it's distracting. There are some editing issues particularly with punctuation in Chapter 5, especially. Later in the book, it gives more about his age. I read the description and that helped clarify things too.

Nathan Jones seems like a dream man at first, then a little bit mysterious, then sad, then possibly a creepy lying stalker. Last scene in chapter 2 was creepy. I hope he is a dream man, but Joanna is so naive. I'm also curious how old these characters are, because of the music.

Getting Really into it. Good so Far
