The First few Charters werde a pain to get by but more out of personal Taste that bad writing. After that it became a got and interesting read now i getting to the core of the trope.

Loved it so far, but tell me how, i will try to explain the best i can - she finds out he is in mafia and gets mad AND THEN he gets mad and "heartbroken" over her being mad at him also all his staff gets mad at her for being mad at him????

The fact the MMC compared the FMC skin color to kinder bueno almost made me DNF this book 🥲 his obsession with her skin color is not written in a sexy way. I believe the author wanted to empower people with darker skin color and since this is the first and debut novel, I will finish the book, but ffs Antonio stop talking about her skin colour in such a creepy way 😭

the fmc is south asian and the mmc described her like “a kinder bueno” i honestly cannot breathe this is so funny
