Really good so far! Barley have time to read for fun but definitely have found myself staying up saying “just one more chapter”

SPOILERS. Oh my gosh this book is epic! Sooo many magical elements. Firstly; you’re paired with an animal spirit guide basically. Secondly; you have an elemental magical ability - so fire, water, earth and air. Thirdly; you can STILL use magic to create plants if you’re supposed to be in the “fire clan”. I mean EPIC. LOVE THE MAGIC SYSTEM!

Adorned. Beckoned. Kaleidoscope. I probably read these words about 50x in one chapter.
I’m absolutely loving the storyline and the characters. But the writing is hurting my head a bit. It’s too much. Too much focus on trying to be overly descriptive and less focus on moving on from the point. This chapter of Arias was painfully wonderful to read. And yet - I’m completely devouring this book.

Kind of gives me power ranger vibes, but with animals as magical guides and not so cringe.
Writing is not the best - solid 2 so far. But devouring this book - I’m even ready for book two and I’m not even 50% in.
