Menstrual cycle and fitness it has some really interesting info, while acknowledging women's different experiences.
For example on the follicular phase your body does better with strength and resistance training and uses more carbs but also has better recovery. In luteal phase you might be more uncoordinated so doing more aerobic exercise is good to fire up the nervous system.
