ending the "if you ever fall for someone, let me know" convo with "i can never say anything" is the most unsubtle shit i've ever seen and i am eating it up. the layers????? from sho's pov, he's saying that he can't tell akira what he knows about his future but ALSO that he's fallen for him. and from akira's pov, he's saying that he can't ask sho about how sad he looks sometimes AND that he's fallen for him too

akira saying that anyone would fall for sho if they could see how cool he is and then sho IMMEDIATELY acknowledging that AKIRA ALWAYS SEES IT AND THAT IT'S THEIR SECRET????? this really never gets any less gay

i get that natsuki wouldn't hate reiji for killing his mother anymore now that he's jaded and understands more about aliens but i still think he should be angrier about the whole grooming kids to be weapons thing!!!! especially since we now know that he was ALSO recruited by amamiya as a CHILD. i think after natsuki uses him for his revenge quest he should kill him (and probably die trying cause amamiya is a snake)

oh. my fucking god. i did not think i was gonna feel so much for natsuki but HERE WE ARE. also is he really only 21 in present day???? he looks and acts so much older, so i assumed he and amamiya were at least the same age but i guess amamiya is a few years older
