Berserk: The Prototype was really cool! It is interesting to see how the story developed. Guts and Puck have always been there, but I have to say that I like the Guts we know more. This one feels very underdeveloped in comparison. Puck seems the same it’s funny. The concept of sacrifice is still there and the apostles. Though I don’t know who Vauna is. And Frikka looks suspiciously like Griffith.

So it’s been two years since the eclipse, I’ve missed Puck and his shenanigans! The Apostle Elves were cool! And very sinister. I really liked the fact that they eat people. They were quick and horrific. And Guts used the boy (Thomas) to lure them into a flammable place (the shed) was a really good (and funny; poor kid) plan.

I wonder who the leader of commander of the Holy Chain Knights? She is so cool! Her armor, particularly her helmet (I’ve always been a sucker for winged helmets) is splendid! And the prophecy of the Red Lake and the sun dying for the fifth time being proof of the coming of the fifth angel named the Hawk of Darkness, the Master of the Sinful Black Sheep, the King of the Blind White Sheep. And I have questions!!!!

I didn’t expect Guts’s huge sword to not be custom made for him. The Dragon Slayer is a cool name for it! And Rickert is so sweet for making the artificial arm-cannon. I can’t wait to start the Conviction arc!
