Idk what happened but I just lost interest…? Maybe it’s my mood. It’s been almost a month, and I haven’t thought about this book once. Going to soft DNF for now just to clean up my current reads shelf.

Um this is dark

This book isn’t all that well written. Def reads like a noob author. But the story is super intriguing and the way it unfolds in multiple POVs is really cool! I’m still trying to figure out what’s going on, but I think that’s the point. All in all, I like this book!

Eee. Yeah. First few chapters are quite gory and dark. Def rec skimming or skipping the first 7 chapters for sensitive readers. I’m not usually, but even I had enough of it after the first few times

I open this book to find multiple pages at the start with author notes, trigger warnings, spicy chapter list, a reference guide and magic system chart, plus the gods and their descendants list….okay yeah, I’m in.

not even 60 pages in and I’ve cried 3x, what is this sorcery

woooof right off the bat this is brutal, dark, & traumatizing. aka I’m eating up every word

****HOLY SMOKES**** This sounds refreshingly different and am so so excited to immerse myself in this world!!!
