Status Updates From Quest of the Dragon's Princ...

Not bad so far. The dialogue of the narrator is funny and interesting. The dialogue between the characters? Sometimes they switch between old English and more modern English and that takes me out of the story a bit. Not a big fan of mentioning other princesses and fairytales as often as this book does - these moments are supposed to be funny (I think) but feel a bit childish? Too much comedy? Too many references?

This just isn’t it for me anymore. Will continue reading though.

I think since it’s taking me so long to read this I’m failing to enjoy parts of it again. But I feel like it is getting to some actual tension and couple building soon.
