I appreciate the whole explanation about anxiety, where it comes from and what it means, what I learnt was invaluable.

But can we now please skip to the part in which the author explains the E.A.S.E. method?

It’s frustrating the fact that the author keeps mentioning it without giving more details along with the sentence “we will see this further in the book”.

I love the self reflection exercises.

I got more help in understanding and dealing with my anxiety by reading 20 pages of this book instead of from 2 years of therapy and 3 different psychologists.
