Not included in this abridged version but i got the full book just to read the full versions of some of the chapters covering stuff that interests me most. I’m reading chapters 8 through 9 on the state of Persia and the Germanic tribes during the 3rd century. this is the STUFF!!!!

I feel like a freaking fool for reading a 300 page version of this book but i have a full time job so idk. I just feel like if i ever want to become a true amateur enthusiast of the early Middle Ages someday i have to read some version of this. I will take the baby food version
