Status Updates From The Next Wave (Clickers #2)

I'm enjoying this read through quite a bit more than my last attempts. I must be in the right mood for the gore and story overall. Amazing!

I love the narrator, Chet Williams. It is always a blessing to hear the narrator do a variety of voices. Brings the story to life.

Good suspenseful build up with how the years of mysterious events are happening with possible government cover ups but now the clickers have returned.

In a book where giant scorpion crabs and anthropomorphic lizard monsters are eating people left and right, it's the hyper religious Republican president that is the real terrifying horror. He's written so well, too. Very easy to hate, as any villain should.

Rampaging crab monsters, blood and gore, insane, extremely religious Republican president. It's almost as terrifying as real life.

Absolute chaos right out the gate. I love this series.
