Communal people feel empathy for the experience of others, possibly believing that the other feels and reacts the same as the observer. This is the flaw of do as to others as you’d have done to you. Often we don’t understand the needs and desires of others or they are different than our own. The true need is for us to consider what they other needs and wants and to respect that outside of our own experiences.
