See it's stories like this that make Daccarett hard to stomach. I remember having a disdain for being waited upon at a young age and hating the heirarchy of servants. I was admonished for speaking to a cleaner in my grandmother's house. It's hard to empathize with a little girl being chastised for treating her nanny like a servant.

This is a pleasant insight into an unusual place it has a familiar narrative of parents trying to forge a new family from the constraints of their childhood cultures and traditions. Although very readable, although Daccarett is easy to spend time with, not much is happening.
