I didn’t realize I had the ability to write romance but here I am giggling over every scene 😂 I’m not a overly huge contemporary romance reader just bc it’s hard to find a clean one that isn’t super cringe…. but writing them is so fun!!! especially when your mmc is a funny, kind outdoorsy guy with a thick Canadian accent 😂🤭

*insert cool dance moves*
The book is booking, the romance is romancing, the friends are turning to lovers, the writing is actually doing what it’s supposed to…. *more smooth dance moves* sometimes I just love being a writer

I gawked at him. “W-what was that for?”
He glanced at me, blissfully unaware of how he’d turned my insides upside down. “Just… keeping the image.”
I stared at him a moment. “Nobody’s watching.”
The corner of his mouth hitched and he had the audacity to wink at me. “I know.”

Things are going well but I have to edit the part with weddings now and I find it exceedingly dull. Alas.

Completely forgot to update the progress on this. These were the first 8 chapters of book two in Maria’s fantasy trilogy!
