Status Updates From Stables

This was pretty reflag. 15 year age gap and single mom FMC leaving abusive ex to be completely dependent on mmc who was basically a stranger. She was too trusting and desperate. Last straw was mmc saying it was no longer ex job to control FMC but his. Nope

I havent read the first book with Mason’s (MMC’s big brother), if there exists one so i dont understand the situation with their cattle or what happened to their youngest brother or Mason’s wife and daughter.
So far im lost as to what the actual plot is.

Nope sorry I just can’t. Just like the first book, these characters don’t get to know each other at all, it feels like insta love, the first time they are together they are taking about having babies and it doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. I think im calling DNF here.
