Lowkey a lot of what she’s describing as “fawn response” from trauma overlaps with mental type ocd diagnostic criteria. Will report back if she addresses this. It’s a blurry area and why accurate client conceptualization is ongoing and important.

Standing up for myself/calling people on their BS and then feeling the need to apologize for making them feel bad after making me feel bad.... This book is making it all make sense now 😂
