Status Updates From The Lair

For some reason I’m really struggling to connect to these characters. When it comes to a mmc, I typically LOVE a grumpy one but it kinda feels like Travis is just…there. And I’m honestly tired of Allie’s internal dialogue already. She keeps repeating the same 4 things about how much of an age gap they have, her hair dye, etc, etc…

I’m only a little ways in so far but the child influencer backstory has definitely grabbed my attention. Even though this is a fictional story, I kinda hope it makes people think twice about idolizing people on the internet. I mean, we all have our favorite influencers (guilty lol), but it’s definitely important to remember that you never really know what goes on behind closed doors.
