Thoughts after reading issue #2-4:
- The dialogue leaves much to be desired. There’s something amateurish or childlike about it which I suppose sort of fits Owen’s naive and childlike personality.
- The plot is moving waaay too slow for this to story to be conclusively wrapped up in 2 more issues. So either we’re going to get a rushed ending or a cliffhanger. The latter could work, the former not so much.

Thoughts after reading issue #1:
- I came across this book/graphic novel about a month ago so it was a funny coincidence that the first issue was included in Hoopla’s Bonus Borrows!
- The art is absolutely fantastic. Beautiful colours, beautifully drawn; wonderful style.
- The concept is not that new but there’s something engaging about it all the same. I think this has the potential to become an all time fave...

I can't decide if this seems stilted because I'm noticing every instance where lyrics get worked in, or if it's just kind of stilted.
