Status Updates From Same Place, Same Stars

So I’m starting to think she’s bipolar schizophrenic and I’m wondering if some of these characters and scenarios happening where only Natalia is there to witness it is actually a delusion. Because like some of it just seems so far fetched and doesn’t happen until she’s off her meds. I love how this book is keeping me wondering

I really don’t trust this doctor. I’m more than sure Lindsay was fucking hum and she had a psychotic break because he broke it off with her. I’m really fucking loving this book
