Status Updates From Not Today, Satan

"The shadelings let out an eerie sound that resembles laughter, their teeth clattering in their mouths (Joyce 181). Devica and Nathan are now in the Ice part of the underworld and Devica got hurt so now Nathan has to help them find a place to rest. I think that they will make it to the gate of the underworld but then her dad is there waiting for her.

This is such a good book! The main character is Devica (the daughter of Satan) and she falls in love with a human named Nate. The try to escape the underworld together to find Devica's mother. "This place does not screem, 'The Happiest Place on Earth" (Pg. 5 Samantha Joyce). I predict that Devica is going to find her mom and then bring Nathan back to her father.
