Status Updates From Phases

Planning on reading this book every night before bed to finish it. The text size reminds me of a YA novel. If I didn’t have work I would have finished this in one day.

Brandy talks about struggling with bulimia and her self image (people were always telling her she wasn't sexy or beautiful enough), how she got so many compliments when she started dropping weight. I've heard many ED survivors talk about this and how it messes with their minds :( so sad.
