Status Updates From Not Quite Dead Yet

Hmmm… not sure how I felt about this. The two main characters were wayyyy too charismatic it was almost annoying. But the way the evidence came out throughout the book was paced well. But also I feel like I pieced the mystery together easily. But then the end was surprising and threw me for a loop. 3.5 ⭐️

So far the writing style in this book has been very amateurish, even the dialogues. Like what do you mean "construction workers wearing stupid yellow hats"?? What else are they supposed to wear?? And then "I love it when you fight over me, honey" you got some balls huh, billy" like bruh 😭, I don't mind such dialogues but when you're about to die in 7 days that's not how I expect the characters to talk.
