And YET Travis has the GALL to be upset when Rick points out he was tricked into being mated… OK I hate books like this. Travis is a trash person and Liv needs to stop trying to make him a positive character

Travis literally just blamed Rick for his lying, manipulation, and abusive behavior. “Because Rick won’t let me in, whatever I do. So I act out, I’m frustrated”

This book is in desperate of an editor. How is it that you have a character who vehemently hates guns and killing. But yet, he’s somehow a natural shooter, who scored a perfect shot, and then we learn “he’d been going to a range for a while.” It’s so ludicrous.

Travis is a really bad and abusive guy. He’s manipulative, lies, petty, and more. Making him the love interest is really distasteful.

What on earth are clacking lips? I’ve never heard that phrase before, but it seems to be a favorite one of the author. This is the third time a character has clacked their lips?
