Status Updates From That Rogue Jack

A lot of historical inaccuracies/irregularities. Rodale tends to push it, and her work always reads as refreshing and a little over modern, but this felt anachronistic in a variety of small— and otherwise meaningless, but for the fact that they killed the historical mood— ways.

It’s not her best by a long shot, but I do appreciate the ADHD rep— at least, that’s how I’m reading the “scatterbrained-ness. Jack would be better, however, if he didn’t start off as such a charming misogynist.
