Went from watching Past Lives again to reading part one of this book then from watching The Invite again to reading part two which, while serendipitous, feels like too much romantic turmoil for one soul to contain imo

if i had a quarter for every time a book articulated the exact feeling i’ve been feeling without knowing that that would be the feeling the book would address, i’d have like 3 quarters
