The way this book has completely killed my love for this series…😭 I’m only completing it at this point bc I felt like I was missing a bunch of details when I read book 3. But this has been such a snoozefest so far. And having an abusive family doesn’t grant Mariselle a free pass to be an entitled brat for the majority of the book??

I picked this title back up bc I miss this universe after finishing Ryden + Aurelise’s book but I’m sorely regretting this decision. Evryn continues his “woe is me” complex and Mariselle keeps being an abusive asshole 🥱🔫
