His uncle was made ceo of the family business when he thought it should be him but now the legacy is revealed to be evil mmc doesn’t know what to do. Also FMC father doesn’t like mmc because he’s rich and thinks he wasn’t to waist his daughter’s time. Oh and then mmc brother

Ugh sweetness? It’s a horrible nickname and really takes me out of it. Mmc is the black rich hot boy on campus. FMC comes from a working family and is an overachiever hellbent on getting into Harvard and working her ass off. They end up in a class together and he falls hard. There’s some push pull but FMC is aggravating with it.
