Status Updates From The Guardians Trilogy: Rise...

I'm struggling to finish this book, mainly because I don't think it's stretched out enough. It's got a great storyline, but some parts feel rushed & others feel too long or are not necessary (or should be explained more). 2½ hours of reading left; doing my best not to DNF it.
