Experimental/avant garde writing seldom works for me, but I really like this. Urbane, jet-set, '70s vibe, with precursors to the terse social media stylings we all use now. Unexpectedly funny, like if a more gonzo version of Fran Lebowitz wrote for the National Lampoon in its heyday, but in Adler's own voice.
