Status Updates From Abram's Bridge

#2(cont'd) - To me, that's one thing I enjoy in his work. I can identify w/the mc (as far as how some things were for me when I was his age), having a good understanding of what's happening in the adult world around him, even so far as validating his father's feelings--but the kid still has a strong curiosity & doesn't seem to mind alternate reality in his life.

-cont'd (I shouldn't be trying to write this in 2 hours of sleep), but I had to say something about this very cool story w/o giving any of it away. What may take someone else two pages to get whatever he/she wants into your head-Glenn Rolfe can do in a paragraph. I highly recommend Abram's Bridge.

I was lucky to receive a copy of Abram's Bridge by the writer himself to review & of course enjoy! Considering the length, I'm having to hold the last 45min or so to complete Christmas night. This story had me hooked only a couple pages in. I've already outlined some favorite paragraphs as well. I just love the way this Glenn can construct a sentence & immediately I've visualized the description or action.
