The "Life Review" (Clearing the Slate)

• Forgiveness: This is the heaviest lift in the book. It requires actively working to forgive those who hurt you, and crucially, asking for forgiveness (mentally or directly) from those you have hurt.
• Regret: Identifying unfulfilled dreams or unresolved conflicts and either addressing them now or consciously letting them go.

Finished the Introduction and understand the authors point and background. This is an experiment of sorts. An important concept of “completing one’s birth” before even thinking of dying. Or the idea that catching up with life and being present IS dying.
