Status Updates From The Flowers I Deserve

We’re trying real hard to do some political/religious world building but the problem is that it doesn’t feel logical. I just don’t understand why these women who are basically superpowered poison testers are viewed negatively in society. Also if they’re of value to the aristocracy why aren’t all children being tested? This would be a badge of honor not a stigmatizing identity.

Yeah I'm not sold on the smut here. None of these connections feel remotely earned, so why should I care if they bang??
C herself seems like a mostly inactive protagonist as well...which is fine, just not what I want to read lately.

We're almost there with the vibe but the instant overwhelming attraction to every woman in this castle is a little off for me. I know C is 📯 y but it's coming across as a bit lazy.
