Despite the author’s background being rooted in science as a medical doctor, this was surprisingly a very good book for self-direction, tuning into your spirituality, and manifestation. I love the concept of co-creating your reality with the universe, leading with love without expectations to reach your highest goals. I think it’s essential for self-identity work, I’d recommend to anyone searching for meaning.

After the first gore-stained, gut-wrenching first few chapters (guaranteed tears), I’m mining gold. She writes very vulnerably about her journey from doctor to energy healer and beyond. Spiritual, compelling, fascinating.

Dovetails very well with my study of Internal Family Systems (especially her writing about her alter-ego, Victoria).
