I am so happy to share that I have joined a book club. I ain’t ever going back. We picked this read or it was picked because someone misconstrued it as a thriller. Girls and gals, it was not a thriller. It’s deep, frustrating, inspiring, disgusting slightly memoir-y. But thriller is what it is not unless you think that the fate of the characters is the story. It ain’t, the story is the story.
