Status Updates From Mosswood Apothecary

Slowed to such a crawl. Genuinely wanted to give this book the best review in the world. It has everything I love. Alchemy, botany, ginger bear, witchcraft, etc. I fear the execution is awful. Rowan and Jimson (unfortunate name I fear) barely have the makings of a couple. The entirety of their dynamic is proximity and Rowan liking the Jimson looks. This book is a flop. Also the amount of typos... yikes.

I don’t like to buy kindle books from unknown authors, but I took a chance on this one! I’m only about 25% into the book and I’m hooked. It’s got me fully involved in what is going to happen. The romance is slow and I like that too in this case. I’m just totally interested in the world building happening.
