This guy admits to collecting both anecdotal and empirical evidence of sidewalk use but he rarely clearly states which he is using to build his current argument. “These sidewalks once again saw fairly little use” okay so are you staked out for 24hrs watching the sidewalk yourself or is this based on business foot traffic or…?
