I thought I liked Brev’s protectiveness of Zaydah in the beginning. It was cute misunderstood he’s only soft for her kind of thing, but now all he gives off are asshole vibes. He’s so frustrating!

If you like dragons, you have to read this book! The FMC, Zaydah and her best friend, Brev, go to the Capital to see if they can become dragon riders like their fathers were. I loved the world that Ella created. It is Fantastic and I can’t wait for the next book. Good news is the next book comes out in just a few months.

So far enjoying it, similar vibes to Fourth Wing. I don’t really like any of the relationships between FMC and friends 🫢
