I looked at this book's summary about a theater of vampires in Paris and I thought, hey, Anne Rice doesn't own that concept, this is not necessarily fanfic, Arnault is not necessarily Armand. Then it turns out he was in life a monk, and a painter, with a past in Venice, and now a brother and sister vampire are newly arrived in Paris from the Americas and they won't talk about their maker... Hm. I'm okay with this!

The mid average rating had me scared, but I'm actually quite into it.

I know I’m gonna eat this up because Gretchen Felker-Martin gave it five stars lol
