Status Updates From Chasing Never (The Lost Gir...

This book just feels off and different from the other three. The relationship between Wendy and Astor was quite strange here and lacked the chemistry from before.

Astor’s was an alright MMC but the was more of a side character here. The few chapters in his POV were great but bery sparse.

I can’t really pinpoint what bothered me. Maybe that it diverged so much from the Peter Pan story? I also feel like this book didn’t do Wendy’s character growth from the books before justice.

It’s between three and four stars to be honest. Books 2 and 3 were my favourites, this one fell flat.

The epilogue wirh Peter’s shadow stalking Wendy was pretty strange too. I would have prefered an epilogue from her or Astor’s POV.

The whole pregnancy/birth was strange as it happened over a very shot number of chapters.

I’m not sure if I like the ending.

I suspected Wendy being the third sister after that vendor talked about becoming the character from the stolen books of that enchanted library.

I’m really excited for the finale.
