This is pretty bad 😬 the author wants so badly for him to be morally gray and alpha male but is too much of a weenie. So it comes across so stupid - one second he's vowing that he's a rescuer and hero, and in the same breath he's talking about having a reputation for being a slaughter hungry war monster... and then how he'd never take advantage of a girl but then sexually assaults her. Barf.

I like the idea of this story but it’s just to fast, not believable. I want to try finishing, but we will see

Ok this is just a dumb plan, taking a woman straight from the crowd right into the spaceship to leave? Like with barely enough time to say goodbye to her family??

Terrible writing. The plot line is extremely rushed. I found myself rolling my eyes almost at every page. I usually like this genre. I think it’s fun to explore the sci-fi elements authors come up with but this book felt like little thought was put into it. The characters have zero chemistry. The words are all there but it’s hard to swallow. I really tried to finish this book but I just couldn’t.
