I really should probably just throw the towel in and DNF this one……. There are many other books I have lined up waiting for me to start them that I guarantee are better than this

Struggling to get through this one. The thought behind the series could have been a good one, but the writing is so elementary. And once again we aren’t getting anywhere. Tired of series that drag out and don’t progress the storyline.
