this book hurts in a way i didn’t expect it to

halfway through the book and still these grown-ass adult men dont know how to have conversations with each other without their dicks being out

these three need to get their shit together and have actual productive conversations with each other IMMEDIATELY

Idk I feel like this is becoming a dnf only bc Evan is actually getting on my nervous. The communication is just ? And there’s just so much stuff that different and that doesn’t make sense especially since I’ve read other MMM books before. I try not to compare books but it’s hard when it’s the same trope. But idk I had hope at the beginning but now it just feels like it’s being drawn out.

Oh Lord, yeah. This isn't healthy for me to read. But I mean, really?! Poor freaking Evan. Isaac "loved" him, but the first thoughts he has when Evan leaves is well, I always knew it was gonna happen. Deacon is who I'm supposed to be with anyway. I mean Jesus, can it get any more clear that Evan absolutely deserves better?

Ugh, I'm having a hard time. I LOVE August Jones writing, like so freaking much. She brings the characters to actual life, in a way not many authors can do. However, I have a tough time with MMM...and this is giving me flashbacks of The Director (which is also her only book I really don't love). I am feeling for Evan a lot like I felt for Vince in that book. And I wanted Vince to leave the other 2 the whole book.

Seriously this book is like an uno game, with lots of reverse and +4 cards being played. It's emotional and all, but seriously it's like reverse cards being played all the time.

I like the feels, but it's not consistent at all.
