(And better than Beowulf, closer to everyday idioms etc.) The side-by-side chronicles are 2 variations, differing in content or spelling. Glossary is COMPLETE. So read the OE and take notes/look in the back for words you can't guess, or want to know etymology of. So, 1 pg a week/a sentence or 2 a day) ...
