said she leaned over her mothers coffin .8 years ago and then says it’s been 8 months since her mother passed 12 pages later. .8 years is not 8 months bffr

Probably going to give up on this, it seems too much for women of a different generation. The story is good, the dialogue is a drag!!! I grind the writing so boring yet I want to know how the story unfolds but I can’t w the writing style omg!
